WHAT IS HUMAN DESIGN?
Human Design is a system that highlights your unique gifts, talents, and what you came to share with the world.
It provides practical tools for how to work with your energy so you can live with greater flow and ease.
This information is presented in the form of a body graph which is created using your birthdate, exact birth time and location. Human Design tells you specific information such as:
-How to make decisions that are most aligned for you
-How to make things happen in life and work with your flow of energy
-Natural gifts and talents you were born with and are here to lean into
-Your life purpose
-AND SO MUCH MORE! (your personality traits, how you best digest food and information, the type of environment that is most supportive for you, how to know when you are out of alignment, THE LIST GOES ON AND ON)
Most of this information will feel like you've known it all along! And it's unique to you.
The world conditions us to believe we're all much more similar than we really are. And that we’re supposed to live a certain way- one that looks the same for everyone.
Everyone should work from 9-5pm, it’s best to have a consistent morning routine, listen to your gut, the best way to learn is by taking notes, you should know your direction in life, etc.
Human Design is called the Science of Differentiation. It is the science of how we are all DIFFERENT. And how we can lean into those differences to live in a way that feels best and most supportive for us individually.

What does a HUMAN DESIGN COACHING session look like?
In a coaching session we will go over the core aspects of your unique Human Design chart. My favorite way to explore a chart is to talk about how these practical tools can be used in your day to day. We will talk about any specific areas of your life you would like to focus on.
Knowledge is one aspect, but how to apply the knowledge is what takes it to the next level.

My personal experience with Human Design
Human Design changed my life. And I do not say that statement lightly. It felt like I was being shown this version of myself I knew all along but couldn't have put words to.
The information it reflected back to me resonated deeper than anything I had ever read before.
But the reason it continues to captivate me and actually change my life is because of the practical tools that I utilize in my day to day.
And I have proven to myself these tools work, not from blind trust of hearing my design but from constantly experimenting with the information. Trying out the tools in one area of my life, then another, then another. Day after day.
My journey with Human Design started with a desire to learn more about myself. And it quickly became a passion to learn everything I could about this system and share it with others.

CLEAN THE MIRROR YOU'RE LOOKING INTO
It’s said we are born as the purest essence of ourselves. We look in a mirror as a child and smile because we love the reflection we see.
But as we grow up, we get conditioned by life- our parents, friends, school, teachers, crushes, lovers, mentors, relatives, coworkers, media, magazines, social media. We discover judgement, shame, fear, grief, sadness, hope, loss, depression, anxiety, embarrassment, pride, excitement, joy, love.
We look in the mirror now and it's cloudier. Our reflection is shown through smudge marks, toothpaste splatters, a crack in the corner. We see a version of ourselves that isn't as clear.
And it's hard to remember what it felt like to see our reflection as a child.
Human design is coming back to that very first mirror before the world told us who we were. It’s seeing the very essence of who we are again.
And it's a reflection you'll remember.
